How to set up grounding on shielded network systems?

Following the ANSI-J-STD-607-A standard, “Commercial Building Grounding and Bonding Requirements for Telecommunications “, shielded and screened channels should be bonded using a Telecommunications Grounding Bus known as TGB, located in the telecommunications room (TR).
However, based on the standards, a UTP network wiring does not require a grounding connection.

The sequence recommented for the earthing (grounding) is as follows: The shielding of the cables ends at the RJ-45 jacks, such RJ-45 jacks are then connected to ground through the patch panel, which in turn is bonded to the rack or telecommunication cabinet.
